Make Your NACHOS More Fun!

Golgappas of Delhi in Chandni Chowk,vada pavs of the Bombay streets,the Surti farsan and this list could go on and on.¨F.O.O.D¨,is going to be the forever hot topic and will always keep on breaking the headings of every newspaper! To be honest I am a big foodie and I can eat anything,anytime,anywhere.Whenever I am not happy,all I do is look for something tasty (and I am pretty sure even you guys do the same,hehe).The first stop is my fridge,the second stop are the food shelves and third stop is the store room.One fine day,I was looking for something tasty,I saw a packet of cornitos (also known as nacho crisps) and so I grabbed the packet and opened it.I took one of them and had a bite but it tasted a little boring and so I thought letś make it a bit more tastier :) So here I am,with my fifth post where I turned these plain simple nachos into more cheesy and mouth-watering ones! Letś have a look?


Ingredients:

Cornitos (1 packet)

Chopped onions (½ cup)

Chopped capsicum (½ cup)

Chopped tomato (½ cup)

Sweet corn (¼ cup)

Salt ( a pinch)

Mixed herbs ( a pinch)

Shredded cheese (½ cup) 


Recipe:

Add all the things and then bake for 5-10 min at 180´C
